DAA01: AfterAll x Spring & Clifton x Georgie Greville

These dinners are meant to act as conduits bringing interesting and talented people together that don't necessarily know each other, to make connections and potential collaborations. Each dinner will feature a specific talent that AfterAll deems worthy of discussion and highlights a collaboration we have produced.
The success of each dinner is only as strong as the sum of its parts. First we create a beautiful project, then we conceive a warm and welcoming space. We welcome our guests to exist only in this space for a limited time so that they leave feeling as if they too have just collaborated on a beautifully orchestrated art experience.

For DAA01 we chose Michelle Zacks of Spring & Clifton, a downtown New York clothing designer who's novelty knits walk the line between nostalgia and art. We teamed up with the director Georgie Greville who created a beautiful short film, inspired by and featuring Spring & Clifton's Fall 2008 collection.
We chose The Spotted Pig's private dining room where the wonderful five course meal was prepared in front of us while we premiered the film. Following dinner our guests were invited to join us for a small after party at The Norwood where we showed the film to a slightly larger audience and partied for the evening.
We are very grateful to our wonderful guests and to the following participants for helping us make this a truly special evening.
